Procedures for In-Kind Donation Requests

(St. Louis ONLY)

What items are available for donation?

We provide office furniture and lab equipment as they become available throughout the year at our St. Louis site. We DO NOT donate computers, printers, computer software, copiers or scanners.

What organizations are eligible for donation?

Not-for-profit institutions located in U.S. and recognized as tax-exempt public charities under Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code or governmental agencies exempt under Section 170(c)(1).

How do I request a donation?

Requests should be submitted on the organization’s letterhead.

    ALL Requests should include:
    • The type (such as file cabinet, or desk,) and number of items requested.
    • How the equipment will be used within your organization.
    • Contact name, phone number, and e:mail address if available.
    • Copy of 501© (3) determination letter if applicable.
